Welcome to our educational program!

Please read this document carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By starting our online courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Payment Deadline: Booking and payment must be completed in full immediately following the first trial lesson.
Accepted Payment Method: Our sole and official payment gateway is PayPal or Tap Tap send.
Transaction Fees: The PayPal transaction fee must be fully covered by the parent.
Subscription Renewal: Renewal payments must be processed at least one day before the first scheduled lesson of the new period to secure your booking and guarantee the student’s time slot. Fees are paid in advance according to the monthly course hours agreed upon.

Referral Reward: When you refer a new family member to join the Hub, you will be rewarded with one free class.

Lesson Duration: Each class lasts for the exact duration agreed upon between the administration and the parent.
Monthly Absence Limit: Students are permitted to cancel or miss up to 25% of their total scheduled core monthly lessons, provided that prior notice is given. Only within this 25% limit are lessons eligible to be compensated and rescheduled.
Exceeding the Limit: Any absences beyond the 25% monthly allowance will be automatically counted as attended and will not be compensated, unless a separate, exceptional agreement has been made with the administration for emergency circumstances.
Tutor Punctuality & Emergency: If a teacher is late or cancels a class due to an emergency, the academy will notify the student, and the lesson will be rescheduled to fully compensate for the time or day without affecting the student’s 25% absence allowance.

Prior Notice: Cancellations or requests to change a class time must be made at least two hours before the scheduled lesson start time.
Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than two hours prior, or if the student misses the class without notice, the lesson will be counted as delivered and will not be rescheduled. Timely notifications are required to preserve your right to reschedule.

Lessons will officially pause during agreed-upon vacation or holiday periods.
Missed lessons during these designated times will either be rescheduled or excluded from the monthly subscription fee, depending on the prior agreement. For major religious or national public holidays, the administration will notify parents of the holiday schedule in advance.

Homework Commitment: Completing assigned homework is essential for the student’s academic progress and is required to qualify for periodic motivational rewards.
Intellectual Property Rights: All learning materials provided by the academy (including worksheets, interactive dashboards, videos, etc.) are strictly for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed under any circumstances.

Official Communication: Official daily correspondence takes place strictly through the academy’s designated WhatsApp number, with replies given during working hours.

No Direct Tutor Contact: Direct communication between parents or students and tutors outside the digital classroom environment is strictly prohibited. All scheduling and administrative coordination must go through the management.
Mutual Respect: Polite and respectful communication is expected at all times among the teacher, the student, and the parent.
Dress Code: Students must ensure they wear modest and appropriate attire suitable for Holy Quran and Arabic classes.

Progress Reports: Parents will receive periodic evaluations and progress reports to review their child’s academic development and milestones.
Quality Monitoring: The educational process is closely monitored to ensure teacher punctuality, instructional quality, and to collect parental feedback for continuous optimization.

Data Protection: Protecting your personal information is our absolute responsibility. Student and parent data (including names, email addresses, and payment tracking info) are collected solely for educational and administrative purposes and remain completely secure and confidential within our system.
